Hi, I'm Kristen.

I am no stranger to death. The profound losses of my mom, grandparents, dear friends, and my own personal traumatic medical losses have been sacred teachers from a young age in my life—shaping me into someone who can hold the “both/and” of existence: sorrow and joy, suffering and peace, the temporal and the eternal. These experiences have opened my heart to the sacredness of life's thresholds, especially the holy space where life meets death.
My work is grounded in my faith. I am a certified end-of-life doula through Going with Grace, have gained proficiency through the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance, and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Aquinas College. This path continues to deepen my ability to accompany others with grace, presence, and trust.
No one should make this journey alone. I am here to walk with you (and your loved ones) towards your forever home.
